Introduction
The "MUMP- HL MSI user management portal" is a .Net core based web application. Which helps to manage License of various type of tools developed by MSI.
It also allows user to manage their account and view various license request history. This portal segregate user into vertical Mando based user
and external user(OEM based).
1. How to create ticket
Step-1: First you have to click on support link there after you have to click on create Ticket button
Step-2: Now you can fill required details as showing bwlow image
Step-3.After clicking on submit button you will get successfull message
2. How to revert on created ticket
you have to click on showing ticket colum
Now you can revert on ticket
